Bold Visual Identity For P3BL To Inspire Future Civic Leaders

OBJECTIVE

P3BL is an organization dedicated to creating the next generation of socially responsible professionals. Through progressive and immersive educational experiences, P3BL ignites students' passion to shape a more just, equitable, and compassionate world.

While the program actively fosters and supports students in developing real-life skills to tackle and resolve community challenges, P3BL lacked branding that clearly communicated the organization’s identity. They sought the help of Intersect GMD to create a brand that embodies the boldness and innovative nature of their organization, helping them to improve the reach and impact of their program.

IMPACT

The P3BL logo was designed with a simple and welcoming style to represent project-based learning in an approachable manner. Made from three strokes, the logo remains eye-catching and encourages viewers to study it further and discover each character's unique functionality. The design reflects a sense of curiosity, mirroring P3BL's goal of promoting real-life discussions and sharing ideas.

The brand's color palette includes bold and captivating hues, including vivid shades of purple and green; carefully selected to evoke a sense of enthusiasm in students. These colors reflect P3BL’s innovative nature of motivating students to step into the role of civic professionals prepared to tackle real-world challenges with forward-thinking solutions. This logo effectively communicates P3BL's core principles of critical thinking, collaboration, and hands-on learning, which are at the heart of their innovative teaching approach to project-based learning. It enhances brand visibility and ensures easy recall across various educational settings and digital platforms. It not only captivates viewers but also conveys P3BL's unique educational philosophy.

The Intersect team is absolutely exceptional, bringing together an array of talented, creative, and innovative designers who intuitively capture the essence of an idea. The team studies shapes and forms, while purposefully meandering through colors, captions, and concepts to discover the perfect fit. It is here that the team moves the final product from jagered edge to shinny brilliance.
